Located in Préaux, less than 30 minutes from Beauval Zoo, this spacious 270 m² holiday home comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Enjoy a large, well-equipped kitchen with a central island. The generous living room features a stone fireplace, perfect for gathering around a wood fire. The bedrooms offer high-quality, comfortable bedding. Outside, your private area includes garden furniture and a barbecue for relaxing moments. A high chair, junior seat, and baby cot are provided to welcome children in excellent conditions. The house is set on a 50-hectare estate. The owners' house is opposite, but they remain discreet while available if needed. Shared on-site parking adds convenience. Pets are not allowed, and parties are not permitted on the property. Bed linen and towels are included in your stay.
